As a former leader at a Fortune 500 multinational, he has a proven record of steering complex financial transformations and enabling organizations to achieve strategic goals.
Currently, Shahid leads a management consulting firm focused on finance transformation, advises a group of companies, and serves as an Assistant Professor at SZABIST. He delivers corporate training on accounting and finance, and contributes to the profession as a member of the Evaluation Committee for the Best Corporate & Sustainability Report Award (ICAP & ICMAP).
A Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA-UK, ICMA International) with an Executive MBA from IBA Karachi, Shahid also holds certifications in Leadership & Management, Business Controlling, Project Management, Microsoft Power BI, and Business Finance from Pakistan and abroad.

Nabeel Mirza is a finance professional and data scientist based in London, combining expertise in audit, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and AI-driven business solutions. A member of ICAP with multiple data science and AI qualifications, his career spans global banks, FTSE 100 firms, fintechs, and startups, including Barclays, Santander, and World First.
He specializes in deploying machine learning and AI solutions for finance automation, with a current focus on Large Language Models and Agentic AI. Sana Quadri
Sana Quadri is a finance professional and IFRS specialist with over 15 years in leadership roles across the financial services industry. A Chartered Accountant and graduate of the US-based Newchip Accelerator Program, she has served as Director – Financial Reporting at Telenor Microfinance Bank and as CFO & Company Secretary at Lakson Investments and Next Capital.
Her project portfolio includes IFRS 15, 16 & 9 implementations, due diligence, Shariah-compliant schemes, ICFR rollouts, and dashboard reporting for leadership. She has worked with organizations such as HBL, UBL Funds, Atlas Funds, NBP, Shan Foods, and Attock Cement.

Muhammad Darwala is a seasoned IT business leader and SAP solutions architect with over 15 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale technology and finance systems solutions. An SAP Certified Consultant with a Master’s in Accounting & Finance, his expertise spans SAP FI, CO, PS, and TRM modules, with successful implementations across FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, power, textile, and more.
